Perfetti Media's Hands-On User Research Consultation (Two Days)

After working collaboratively on one consulting engagement with us, your team will be fully prepared to conduct user research and usability testing independently.

Day 1: User Research and Usability Testing Workshop

On Day 1, through a series of lecture and hands-on exercises, we will teach your team the essentials for conducting user interviews, field studies, and usability tests. Expert usability professional, Christine Perfetti, will guide you through the key steps for conducting your studies and ensure you have all of the tools and techniques you need to get started.

Day 2: Running Your Own Usability Study

On Day 2, you'll have the opportunity to watch us conduct a research study on your product with two real users. After you have an opportunity to observe us in action, your team will conduct user interviews or usability tests under our direction with two additional participants.
